With advanced training as a CRNA and a passion for natural, personalized treatments, she helps clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Her mission is to empower clients with confidence, radiance, and wellness, enhancing their lives at every stage.
My name is Linda Agarwal, and I am the owner and medical aesthetics injector for Salt & Sky Wellness. I am a wife and mother of three with over 30 years of experience in healthcare.
I began my career as an RN in the surgical intensive care unit and pursued advanced education, earning a BSN, an MS in Biological Science, and certification as a registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). Over the past two decades, I have practiced anesthesia in a variety of settings, including large academic centers, facial plastic surgery offices, and small community hospitals.
My passion lies in helping people look and feel their best by achieving their aesthetic and skincare goals. Growing up in Rhode Island, I developed a love for nature and the sea, as well as skiing and hiking in the mountains. These personal passions inspired the name of my boutique skincare and hydration spa, Salt & Sky Wellness.
At Salt & Sky, my vision is to offer natural aesthetic treatments that help clients maintain radiant skin and overall wellness. Our spa creates personalized care plans tailored to each individual, empowering clients to confidently enjoy their best lives at every stage of aging.

My name is Michelle Romagnoli and I am an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Salt & Sky Wellness. I am a wife and mother of two rambunctious toddler boys with over 10 years of experience in healthcare.
After receiving my Nursing degree (BSN) from Catholic University in DC in 2013, I began my healthcare career at NYU Langone Hospital as a staff nurse on the medical-surgical unit and later on the mother-baby unit. While working as a nurse, I completed my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) in Women’s Health from Rutgers University.As my passion to help patients look and feel their best grew, I transitioned into medical aesthetics in 2021. I specialize in a multimodality approach to achieve subtle and natural-looking, yet profound, results. Some of my favorite treatments include microneedling with exosomes, wrinkle relaxers, and dermal fillers. I grew up in Poland, where I was introduced to the importance of skincare and facials at an early age. After moving to the United States 25 years ago, I built my career in various skincare studios, forming lasting relationships with my clients and delivering truly customized skincare services. These connections allowed me to guide my clients on their skincare journeys and help them achieve their goals.
Skincare is my true passion, and I love helping people look and feel their best. I have extensive experience in advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microchanneling, and I take pride in offering deeply relaxing skincare experiences.
